Appointment Policy  

We try to group our appointments in certain areas on certain days.  We will give you a 2 hour window during which we will arrive.  We require a 24 hour cancellation notice.

Please have your pet either leashed or secluded in a room that will allow for a stress free exam.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We accept cash or check only.
